STEPH CHAN, an independent agent of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, has been designated a Global Luxury property specialist. The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program showcases the company’s luxury property collection and the sales associates who excel in the luxury marketplace. Chan, who currently is at the firm’s Kahala office, specializes in East Honolulu neighborhoods and holds 10 years of industry experience with Coldwell. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
JOELLE PHILLIPS moves up from regional educator to regional director of professional nursing practice at Kaiser Permanente Hawaii (KPH). She will be responsible for KPH’s clinical and nursing practice development, while focusing on elevating nursing practice standards at the medical center. Phillips brings two decades of health care experience as a nurse and administrator to her new role.
SHAYNEE SCOTT now is creative producer at Gourmet Events Hawaii — a full-service event production, hospitality staffing and management company. Scott brings nearly 10 years of event design and production experience to her new role, previously serving boutique and multimillion dollar companies across the nation. She is an anthropology and sociology major from Whittier College, California.
RICK STACK advances to executive vice president at ProsPac Holdings Group. Stack possesses more than 20 years of Hawaii development experience and in his new role, will spearhead all operations at ProsPac. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Stack also is president of affordable housing developer Catholic Charities Housing Development Corporation.
DR. SCOTT SCHROEDER, Chaminade University’s Dean of Business and Communication, is the newest member of the International Accreditation Council for Business Education’s (IACBE) Board of Commissioners (BOC). The BOC — the independent accreditation decision-making body of IACBE — is responsible for upkeeping the mission of the council to promote and recognize excellence in business education at higher education institutions around the world.
MICHAEL ANDUHA of First Hawaiian Bank (FHB) has been promoted to vice president and business banking officer of its Main Banking Region. Anduha will utilize his more than 30 years of financial industry experience in his new role that includes managing business banking customer relationships and developing opportunities to provide customers with credit and non-credit product and services solutions. He’s been with FHB since 1992, when he started as a management trainee.
