A LOOK AT WHO’S ON THE MOVE ON OAHU

ROBIN FAKAOSI Honolulu Community
Action Program Inc. has been appointed the nonprofit organization’s Na Lima Hana Employment Core Services program coordinator. Fakaosi will now administer the program in project development, operations, oversight and evaluation in order to provide employmentreadiness and job development services to unemployed and underemployed individuals.

BIANCA MORDASINI is welcomed as the new director of alumni engagement for Shidler College of Business at University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her new role sees her building and sustaining relationships with alumni through out-reach programs. Mordasini held director and executive director of communication positions at Trump International Hotel Waikiki and Chamber of Commerce Hawaii.

KEITH SATO rejoins Bank of Hawaii (BOH) as vice president and relationship manager in Institutional Services. He’ll lead investment services and retirement plan solutions for commercial and corporate clients. Sato started with BOH in ’94 as a private banking officer, then pursued other opportunities before returning, including working for Lehman Brothers’ Global Equities Division in Tokyo.

ELAINE GASCON moves up to account manager at Atlas Insurance Agency Inc., where she will continue her commitment to working with business clients and the Association of Apartment Owners. Gascon also is a certified Insurance Service Representative, and completed her undergraduate degree at University of Hawaii at Manoa. She went on to earn her master’s degree from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah.

SHAWN NAKAMOTO joins Kaiser Permanente Hawaii as director of strategic communications. She will head the design, execution and management of all communications for several of the system’s plans and programs. Additionally, Nakamoto is an active community member, serving on the boards of Catholic Charities of Hawaii, Project Focus Hawaii and Public Relations Society of America — Hawaii Chapter.

JOSHUA SHON new account executive at iQ 360’s Honolulu office. In this role, he will provide strategic counsel and execute integrated marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. Prior to joining iQ 360, Shon developed and oversaw multichannel marketing campaigns for clients in several industries at Olomana Loomis. He earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Hawaii at Manoa’s Shidler College of Business.
