A LOOK AT WHO’S ON THE MOVE ON OAHU
KATIE PICKMAN joins Hawaii News Now’s management team as director of sales. Prior to working at the local news department, she served as general sales manager for Hawaii’s FOX and CW network affiliates. Pickman received her undergraduate degree from Elmhurst College in Illinois and graduated as the top student of her class from Broadcast Sales Academy in 2002.
MIKE REGAN is the newly appointed executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Servco Pacific Inc. He will spearhead the company’s global finance functions, including accounting, tax, treasury and internal audits. Regan has an extensive background in senior financial positions, and most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer with Outrigger Enterprise Group in Hawaii and the Asia-Pacific region.
RONALD KIKAWA and his team of financial advisers at Kikawa Group have joined Raymond James and Associates. Kikawa leads the group as managing director and will ensure quality advisement to the firm’s clients. His financial career began in 1976 with the Honolulu brokerage firm, E.F. Hutton, and he eventually went on to serve at other notable firms on the Island. Kikawa received his bachelor’s degree from University of Hawaii at Manoa and studied at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.
JAY KITASHIMA has been promoted to director of the front office and residences of Trump International Hotel Waikiki. He will supervise all front office operations, ensure quality guest relations, as well as oversee the hotel’s residences program, working closely with unit owners. Kitashima has more than 13 years of experience in the hotel industry, including at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas, Bellagio Resort & Casino and Red Rock Resort Casino, Resort & Spa — each located in Nevada.
DENISE CLARK has been selected to step in as Gourmet Events Hawaii’s first general manager. Her responsibilities include developing sales and branding strategies, leading the sales efforts and managing overall operations of the company. Clark holds extensive leadership experience, having previously served as Atlantis Adventures’ director of cruise ship operations and product development for 15 years.
SANDRA HEE moves up as operations manager with City Mill. She will oversee all eight City Mill store operations and one Simply Organized store, as well as lead approximately 400 team members. Hee joined the company as a cashier more than two decades ago. She eventually was promoted to store manager and continued on to manage three different store locations.
