A LOOK AT WHO’S ON THE MOVE ON OAHU

LACEY NAKAGUMA advances to senior vice president and chief audit executive at Bank of Hawaii. She continues to be responsible for the oversight and execution of internal audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting, as well as managing a team of internal audit professionals and providing an enterprise-wide view of risks and emerging risks for the bank. Nakaguma joined Bank of Hawaii in March 2019, and previously worked at American Savings Bank.

DALLAS WALKER joins Porter McGuire Kiakona LLP (PMK) as an associate attorney. He graduated summa cum laude from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Prior to joining PMK, he practiced civil litigation at a midsized law firm in Honolulu, assisting clients in real estate and business disputes.

DAVE MOSS takes over as executive director at the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra. He most recently worked as executive director of Haymarket Opera Co., one of Chicago’s fastest-growing arts organizations. Before his successful tenure at Haymarket Opera Company, Moss was a noted violist who studied at The Juilliard School and performed with leading artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Itzhak Perlman and Renee Fleming.

ELEANOR LIN steps up to vice president and treasurer at Avalon Group. She joined Avalon as a project analyst more than a decade ago. Lin previously was a real estate fellow at A&B Properties where she assisted in financial analysis of development projects. She earned her MBA with a finance focus from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is the company’s residential division principal broker.
