KEVIN CRAWFORD joins Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. as a risk consultant in the risk control and claims management unit. In his new role, Crawford is responsible for providing risk control services to various Atlas clients, with a focus on customer service and technical assistance. Crawford holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Risk Management and Insurance Certifi cate from University of Hawaii at West Oahu.
TOMMY KIM steps in as an independent agent and luxury property specialist at Coldwell Banker Pacifi c Properties. Kim specializes in luxury condominiums, single-family homes and vacant land on Oahu. He also works with high-net-worth clients and investors. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Pacifi c Properties, Kim served as a realtor-associate at Keller Williams.
CATHERINE CAMP joins Central Pacifi c Bank as senior vice president, CRE lending division manager. She is responsible for development and oversight of the Commercial Real Estate Lending Division. Camp has more than 25 years of experience in real estate planning, development and asset management. She was previously director of planning and development at Kamehameha Schools, and director of acquisitions at Alexander and Baldwin.
BRUCE NAKAOKA advances to vice president of Queen Emma Land Co. (QEL). He will be responsible for directing initiatives to strengthen and grow the QEL’s legacy real estate portfolio. Nakaoka joined QEL as directo r of asset management in 2014 and has been integral to the continued execution of the company’s Waikiki Strategic Asset Management plan. He earned his master’s degree in Business Administration at University of Hawaii at Manoa.
