JULIANNE ITO steps in as controller at Catholic Charities Hawaii (CCH). Ito will oversee the accounting functions of the statewide organization and will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting and budgeting. She will also provide financial planning support to CCH’s executive management team. Most recently, Ito was self-employed as an accountant, assisting mostly non-profit and small business clients with bookkeeping, payroll and financial reporting.

MICHAEL MILLER advances to partner at Tiki’s Grill & Bar. He has served as director of operations for the past four years and will continue in that role. As director of operations, Miller oversees the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. He joined Tiki’s Grill & Bar as sales and marketing director in 2003.

SUNDAE FUNAI joins KYA Inc. as a project principal for its healthcare group. Funai has more than 30 years of professional experience, of which 15 have been focused in healthcare design and hospital accreditation. She currently serves as the assessing architect for The Queen’s Medical Center. Funai’s experience also includes facility planning and design, commercial, educational and hospitality projects.

KIP WILBORN takes the reins as new producing director at Manoa Valley Theatre. Wilborn has enjoyed a career as a leading tenor with opera companies and symphonies in cities around the world including Paris, Berlin, Vienna, London, Dublin, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Taipei. He has been a board member for Manoa Valley Theatre since 2012 and has served as musical director for several productions.
