A LOOK AT WHO’S ON THE MOVE ON OAHU

STEPHANIE BLEICHNER steps in as marketing services manager at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort. In her new position, she is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that lend a cohesive visual image to the hotel. Bleichner will primarily coordinate with the food and beverage team to market the multiple on-property restaurants and lounges to both guests and kamaaina. She previously served as an assistant account executive for MVNP.

BRENDAN OGATA joins Porter McGuire Kiakona & Chow LLP as an associate attorney. Ogata earned his J.D. from William S. Richardson School of Law from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a master’s degree from the Shidler School of Business. He will be part of the firm’s growing association practice, including litigation, collections and covenant violations.


BRIAN DONAHUE takes the reins as vice president of finance at Catholic Charities Hawaii. His responsibilities include all budgeting matters and service contracts involving the organization’s statewide operations. Donahue will also help direct the organization’s development arm — Catholic Charities Housing Development Corporation — responsible for building affordable rental housing for low-income tenants.

MINNA LEHTI advances from director of compliance to chief administrative officer at Hawaii Dental Service. In her new role, she oversees administration, legal, compliance, human resources, security and facilities. Lehti joined HDS in 2009 as director of compliance. Prior to joining HDS, she served in various positions with Bank of Hawaii. Lehti received her bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s degree in finance, both from Hawaii Pacific University.
