Through coupling excellent customer service, delicious food and finely crafted cocktails all fostered with teamwork and camaraderie among team members, SKY Waikiki continues its mission to serve up Hawaii’s ultimate rooftop experience.

SKY Waikiki provides a multi-faceted experience as a rooftop restaurant, lounge and nightclub and offers award-winning “Social Bites” and signature cocktails. The operation has created a popular and unique entertainment opportunity encompassing delicious food and drinks with sunset-accented views of Waikiki on an open-air deck.

The social hub includes a 4k video wall in the lounge and even offers a secret “back bar” that opens occasionally as a speakeasy.

In addition to receiving a 30-percent discount at SKY Waikiki and sister restaurant Top of Waikiki, employees are afforded discounted parking rates — a key benefit for those working in Waikiki. Additionally, SKY Waikiki offers a Biki bike reimbursement program for those who choose to find alternative parking options and use the bike-share program to get to and from work. Guests at SKY Waikiki receive validated parking, an added perk amid the memorable all-around experience.

“We really do what we can to make it easy for everyone to come into Waikiki,” said Erica Orejel, marketing director at SKY Waikiki. “We stress quality in what we do and the product reflects that.”

Customers and employees at SKY Waikiki can look forward to new services, menu items and events held at the gathering place. Updates are made to SKY Waikiki’s signature cocktail menu twice a year, and the food menu is refreshed regularly to keep up with the latest trends and hot flavors. There are new events to look forward to as well at SKY Waikiki, and partygoers can start preparing now for the Night of the Killer Costumes Halloween event in October, which will feature a costume contest.

SKY Waikiki will celebrate its third anniversary this fall, and guests can get up to speed with upcoming events by visiting skywaikiki.com, or via Facebook @skywaikiki.

In addition to working in the fast-paced, exciting environment, employees also have opportunities to collaborate on various beach clean-ups and other team bonding activities and get-togethers.

“The most unique aspect of working at SKY Waikiki is being able to enjoy the panoramic outdoor views of Waikiki every day from the open-air deck,” Orejel said. “It really adds to the feeling of aloha that we try to provide for everyone who walks through our doors.”
